How the priority score works

Each process gets a priority score of value ÷ effort, so a high-value, low-effort task rises to the top. The quadrant label uses the midpoint (a score of 5) on each axis: value at or above 5 is "high value", effort below 5 is "low effort". Quick wins are what you build first to bank early ROI and win support for the bigger bets.
